A good pasta dish becomes, in the era of the digitized image, a matrix, a pattern consisting of a few and colored elements that are repeated on the sheet in a serial manner. The reproducibility in series of the recipe, as in the illustration realized, is opposed to the act of cooking as an artistic expression never equal to itself.
